The Honourable David C. Onley, former Crossroads and YES TV board member, passed to his eternal reward
Special 100 Huntley Street broadcast honouring David’s life and work to air January 18th on YES TV
Crossroads and YES TV celebrate the life of the Honourable David C. Onley, former Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, and former Crossroads and YES TV Board Member, who passed away on Saturday, January 14, 2023, at the age of 72.
The Honourable David C. Onley was a beloved board member for Crossroads and YES TV, having served from 2018-2021, and was a familiar guest on 100 Huntley Street. Crossroads recognizes David as a champion for accessibility for all Canadians, especially the disabled, challenging people to see the ability within. His advocacy included employment for people with disabilities, literacy learning for Indigenous children living in remote communities, and answering the core needs of people through Christian broadcast television.

I found that I never left a conversation with David without learning something, being inspired to make a difference in someone’s life, and feeling appreciated in some way.
