Chief Executive Officer

Kevin Shepherd

Kevin Shepherd joined Crossroads and YES TV as Chief Executive Officer on September 8, 2020.

Kevin has been in ministry leadership for over 25 years. Most recently, from 2008-2020 he was lead pastor of Glad Tidings Church in Burlington, ON. During that period the church experienced significant growth, expanding to four Sunday services at two sites, with priority given to community engagement and leadership development. His ministry is motivated and characterized by inspiring generations of diverse people to grow and experience the joy of faith in Jesus together.

Kevin has been part of the Western Ontario District Executive of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada (PAOC) for over ten years and presently serves as the Assistant Superintendent. Additionally, he serves the national fellowship of the PAOC on the General Executive, lends strategic support to the Multiply Network and served on the Board of Governors for Master’s College & Seminary for six years.

Kevin is married to his beautiful, long-time best friend, Sherri, and is thrilled to be the father of their son Caleb and their daughter Sadie.

Arlene is committed to dedicating her gifts and warm heart to helping Crossroads donors steward their resources to benefit God’s Kingdom. She loves to listen and pray with our partners and acknowledges the challenge of how to give wisely – to leave an inheritance to loved ones while remaining a good steward and being accountable for what we’ve been given. Prior to her full-time ministry work at Crossroads and before this, Youth For Christ, Arlene enjoyed a career in business management. When she’s not talking with Crossroads partners, the mother of 3 adult children enjoys church, cycling, hiking and tackling home projects.

A passionate advocate for and servant to Canada’s First Peoples, Bev travels across the country with a message of hope and healing, raising awareness of physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Bev also assists First Peoples Voices media ministry. Author of three books, one a best seller, Bev Hadland has visited fifty-four Indigenous communities in the past two years and has spoken to over three million people in thirteen countries. She has been a non-denominational ordained minister since 2014.

Brian loves meeting with people, hearing their stories and learning about their passions and interests with the ultimate goal of partnering together in support of life-changing kingdom initiatives. Following a successful career with a Christian relief and development ministry, with the broadcasting bug still flowing through his veins, Brian’s journey as a servant of God led him back to the world of media and broadcasting where he once worked as a reporter for many years including at the national network – Global Television. He’s excited to be part of the Crossroads media missionary team serving as an ambassador to our faithful partners. Brian is an avid videographer and photographer, Brian and his wife, Kasia, enjoy life with their two sons, Krystian and Ethan in Burlington, ON.

Growing up in the deep south, Cindy learned the home-style traits of southern hospitality. Nurturing and compassion were instilled as a young child raised in the Bible Belt.

Cindy holds degrees in Human Development and in Sales and Marketing. Cindy has sold residential and commercial real-estate for 25 years earning her way as a life-time multi-million-dollar producer. Cindy has deep roots in Crossroads and carries a passion for the media ministry. She loves to connect with our partners to share stories of lives changed and all the latest news. Cindy and her husband, Rob, live in Calgary.

As a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), Daniel ensures philanthropy aligns with the highest ethical standards. An ordained minister, Daniel passionately enjoys sharing the transformative message of hope and love found in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Daniel's pastoral heart to serve others propels him to contribute to Crossroads' mission of unveiling Jesus' transformative story through inspiring and innovative media, accessible to all, anytime, anywhere.

Outside of the office, Daniel is a loving husband and father, who cherishes time together as a family. As an avid sports fan, he especially enjoys watching hockey during his spare time.

Joel Bradley’s faith journey commenced at the age of seven, when he, alongside his mother, tuned into 100 Huntley Street. Witnessing the transformative story of Jesus deeply impacted him, sparking an unwavering zeal for the gospel. This ignited passion, combined with his innate ability to connect with individuals, now fuels his role at Crossroads, where he strives to advance the message of Jesus through inspiring and innovative media, helping others experience the life-changing power of Jesus.

Joel joined the Crossroads team in April 2023, marking a new chapter after dedicating 12 years to full-time ministry. During his tenure as the Regional Manager for Central Ontario at Samaritan’s Purse from 2012 to 2023, he honed his abilities in community service and engagement.

Joel is married to his wife Chasta for over 24 years, adopted two wonderful children from South Korea, and is passionate about his family, faith, and various interests including sports like golf, hokey, college football, and pickleball.
