At Crossroads, we are seeing hope and revival breaking out in hearts, homes, and communities. From live television moments to prayer encounters to compassionate outreach, God is stirring something fresh across our nation. Here are a few of the powerful stories coming from across our ministries this month.
100 Huntley Street: God’s Hope in Unexpected Moments
R.A. Dickey’s raw and honest testimony continues to resonate with people around the world. One man shared how deeply the story impacted him:
“God led me to this tonight. I was frustrated because I was in Brazil and couldn’t watch the game, and I wanted to see the Toronto Blue Jays win again, as I had last seen them in 1993 when I was in Quebec. But R.A. Dickey’s testimony touched my heart because I also was the victim of sexual abuse and domestic violence from my father and torture from teenagers when I was a boy. The Lord has been doing so much, but the work is so long and can take decades. I praise God for this message and will share it with others as the Lord leads. This is super special, and I believe it holds even more importance than watching the World Series, as it has eternal value. Thank you so much for sharing this. My heart is melted by the tenderness of this wonderful brother in Christ.” – Robert*

See Hear Love: Advent Hope Filling the Room
The See Hear Love Christmas event welcomed over 65 guests into the Crossroads Unity Commons for a special behind-the-scenes taping of two Advent episodes. With Ann Voskamp, Bishop Jenny Andison, Cheryl Nembhard, and Nicole Langman, the room overflowed with conversations about the new Advent Bible study, as well as hope, peace, joy, and love.

Prayer Centre: Revival Through Every Call
Revival is happening one prayer at a time through the Crossroads Prayer Centre. Answering over 1,300 calls every day, trained prayer partners stand ready to listen, encourage, and lift people in Jesus’ name.
“I first heard about the prayer line after my husband was unfaithful. It was a difficult time for me as it brought back childhood trauma. The prayer partner sat with me in my tears, recommended resources for inner healing and helped me come to the place where I could forgive my husband. This was probably the best phone call I have ever experienced! There is more healing work to be done, but I am grateful someone was there to set me on the right path to move forward.” – Krista*
“I asked for prayer at the beginning of the summer to save me from eviction, THANK YOU! God is great! Now, I am ready for the next step in my life, which requires opportunities and financial stability. Would you pray with me that my walk with God is fruitful in overflowing abundance, so that I can pour into the cups of many others?” – Rhett*
Nick* went to court expecting to be sent to jail. After many calls to the Prayer Line asking for God’s mercy, the judge sent him home as a free man. He immediately called back to express his gratitude, and I had the privilege of praying with him. – Terrance*, Prayer Volunteer

Crossroads Cares: Hope in the Aftermath
Crossroads Cares has the privilege of being a visible expression of God’s love to millions and has done so for 40+ years.
Our 100 Huntley Street viewers’ compassionate response made it possible for Crossroads Cares to supply vital emergency aid to families in Jamaica in the aftermath of Hurricane Melissa. Every donation—big or small—helped bring comfort to those who lost their homes and livelihoods. Together, we turned empathy into action, showing that when we unite for a common cause, we can bring light and hope even in the darkest moments.
