Henoc Muamba Joins the 100 Huntley Street On-Air Team

A new broadcast season of 100 Huntley Street is underway, and Henoc Muamba is officially joining the on-air team.

Viewers may have already spotted Henoc on the program throughout 2026, bringing his warmth, energy, and perspective to conversations about faith, family, and navigating the pressures of everyday life. Now, he’s taking on a more regular role alongside the 100 Huntley Street team.

Henoc is a familiar face to many Canadians. Following an accomplished CFL career, including a Grey Cup championship and MVP honours with the Toronto Argonauts, he has continued his broadcasting career with TSN and has appeared on other Canadian television programs. But there’s another part of Henoc’s story that has shaped every season of his life: his faith in Jesus.

Growing up in a Christian home, Henoc reached a point as a young man when he realized faith had to become personal. “It had to be me who chose to follow Christ,” he says.

His life verse is 1 Corinthians 3:11: “For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ.” For Henoc, that foundation has carried him through the pressures of professional sport, public life, marriage, and raising a family. “My faith was my backbone,” he says.

It’s that combination of broadcast experience, curiosity about people, and a genuine faith in Jesus that Henoc brings to 100 Huntley Street.

And after spending time with the team throughout the year, he’s already feeling at home: “I’m having so much fun being here with Lara and the team.”
