- Michelle Middleton from Belleville: My husband and I watched most of the celebration of David Mainse's life on TV last week. It was very moving and Inspiring. Thank you for broadcasting it live. Our deepest sympathy to his family and friends. He will be missed but his legacy will live on of proclaiming the Good News of Jesus Christ to Canada and around the world. Psalm 116:15 "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints"
- Dawna Winges from Kingston: I will always fondly remember Pastor David and my trip to Israel with him and Norma Jean and their charming grandson Eric in Nov. 2010. It was truly a life changing experience and especially being baptized by him and Pastor Nizar in the Jordan River. Thank you to the Mainse family for sharing your beloved David with us all. What a legacy he leaves as was evident in the heart felt Celebration of His Life which I just watched online. Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints. Ps. 116:15
- Marilyn Carrigan from Calgary Ab. ; Canada: To Norma Jean Mainse and all the Family, My most sincere condolences! I have and will continue to pray for you. Thank you for sharing Rev. David Mainse with so many of us that watched on T.V. I can't express how much I learned and grew up spiritually from watching him and his many guests of all backgrounds. He taught me how loving God is, as he seemed to pour that love thru the TV. I had a church background but in 1978 when I started watching, my desire to know more grew. I have since studied, got a degree in Theology, been Ordained in the ministry and served for many year. I believe that David had a big part in this in my life. I am so grateful to God for for his input through my Brother in the Lord. Thanks be to God! Thank you again to the family. 2 Corinthians 4:17 Marilyn Carrigan and my husband James
- Sheila from Portage la Prairie: To the Mainse family I was heartbroken to hear the news of David Mainse's passing. Like many others I am sure that a few tears were shed. He was such a great teacher of God's Word and so inspiring. I remember when I was a stay at home mom and I would look forward to every morning watching 100 Huntley Street. He was very passionate about bringing people to Christ yet still devoted to his family.May his legacy live on forever! We know David is with His Heavenly Father praising Him. May our Lord continue to be your source of strength during this time. Condolences to all the family.

- Churchill & Judi Page from Digby, NS: My wife Judi and I, have always enjoyed watching 100 Huntley Street, since the late 1970's. We had the privilege of also seeing David at Acadia University, quite some time ago. The program was a great blessing to our spiritual lives! It helped lay a Christian foundation for the raising of our family. My son is currently an NCMI minister and my daughters are following Christ. We will truly miss this Christian Icon who truly exemplified the life and love of Christ. We extend our love and our sincere sympathy to his family and relatives over his passing! I am Geri Fernet's sister that you met in Canmore. I was so amazed at your level of competence. I am so sorry about David's death. I think David and I were dignosed with cancer at the same time ( brain cancer for me). David certainly set an example of how to treat women! May he rest in peace!!!! Dianna
- Laura Missal from St Paul Alberta: So so saddened of the passing of such an amazing man of GOD. He was "The Light of The Lord" brought such Joy to all. I am 58 years old but remember seeing glimpses of 100 Huntley street as a young person and as my walk with The Lord became more and more so did my watching 100 Huntley street/crossroads.
