Royal Anthems Releases New Single “Only One”

On October 6, 2026, Royal Anthems releases its newest worship single, “Only One,” recorded by Levi Clattenburg and Sadie Shepherd.

Written by Marc Jolicoeur, Alexander Stephen, Sarah Watkins, and Matt Tapley, “Only One” is the latest song to emerge from Royal Anthems, a ministry of Crossroads that brings Canadian worship leaders and songwriters together to create new songs for the Church.

For Clattenburg, a worship leader at Lakemount Worship Centre, the song speaks into something he believes Canadians deeply need right now: joy rooted in the presence of God.

“The oil of joy is what we need in Canada. There is so much anxiety and worry in our culture. What is different is the oil of joy.”

— Levi Clattenburg, Worship Community Pastor, Lakemount Worship Centre

That desire is at the heart of Royal Anthems: creating space for worship leaders from across Canada to write songs together that reflect what God is doing in the Canadian Church and give congregations new words to sing.

“Only One” continues that work, pointing listeners beyond the anxiety and uncertainty of the moment and toward Jesus, the One worthy of our worship.
