100 Huntley Street: A Simple Invitation, a Life Transformed
At Crossroads’ and 100 Huntley Street’s recent event with Kay Warren, guests gathered to hear a powerful message on faith, grief, and the Church’s calling to bring hope to those struggling with mental health challenges.
Among them was Lillian*, who shared that her original guest—a friend who had been struggling—cancelled at the last minute. Instead of coming alone, Lillian began calling down her contact list—one name after another—until her fifth call finally said yes.
That friend came and was deeply ministered to through Kay’s message of “gritty faith“—the kind that holds on even when life shakes us to the core.
With tears in her eyes, Lillian said, “If even one person came today, it was worth it.” It was a beautiful reminder that God knew exactly who needed to be in the room, and how one simple invitation can change a life.

See Hear Love: A Divine Appointment
See Hear Love recently returned from the Harvest Conference at The Tidal Church in Moncton, New Brunswick, where 1,100 women and over 160 churches gathered. Melinda Estabrooks spoke and facilitated a “See Hear Love” panel with Pastor Sharon Witton, Pastor Helen Burns, and Shea Guptill, encouraging women who are struggling to trust God and witness His faithfulness during hardship through their personal stories.
“Every encounter with this beautiful woman of God is real and authentic. She listens with an open heart, shares from her soul, and radiates pure joy. I briefly met Melinda at Harvest last year. I didn’t know her then, but something about her presence stuck with me. Over this past year, I’ve followed her journey from a distance, drawn to the way she leads with vulnerability and truth.
This weekend, I arrived early and got the chance to really talk with her. What a divine appointment. In just a few minutes, by sharing her story with me, she spoke life, hope, and encouragement straight into my heart —the kind of conversation that leaves you feeling seen, heard, and loved (literally). Anyone Pray: Opening Doors to Connection and Healing

While scrolling through Facebook, he came across a post from a woman grieving the loss of a loved one. Moved with compassion, Pastor Ryan offered kind words of comfort and shared their church’s 24/7 Prayer Line. The woman was so touched by this simple act of care that she reached out to thank him — and now, she’s planning to attend their church.

Crossroads Cares: Restoring Hope in Uganda
We give thanks and praise for the successful delivery of the Emergency Feeding Program in Uganda, launched in response to the recent devastating floods that displaced so many and destroyed their crops.
Through the coordination of our local partner and our ongoing monthly supporters, we provided life-saving food supplies to over 170 flood-affected families and 10 church leaders, impacting 1,260 individuals in the hardest-hit regions. Each family received 20 kg of corn flour and 10 kg of beans to help during this difficult period. We are especially grateful for the unity and compassion through every part of this effort.
It is a testament to God’s faithful provision and the strength we find when we stand together in service to others. Thank you for being an integral part of our missional work.
