Vocalists:

More than a musical composition, “We Will Not Forget Your Ways” is a prophetic reminder of God’s enduring power, drawing inspiration from Old Testament narratives and reinterpreting timeless stories of faith for contemporary Canadian believers.
“We’re not just creating music,” says co-writer Alex Stephen, “we’re building bridges between communities and reigniting a collective spiritual imagination for our country.”
Project partner Matthew Grieve emphasizes the project’s deeper significance: “In a time when the world feels like it is changing for the worse so quickly, a song like this is such a beautiful reminder of God’s power to still move through men and women of faith that will stand in obedience with Him.”
Bringing together worship leaders from across the country, Royal Anthems is crafting a musical movement that celebrates Canada’s rich, diverse spiritual landscape.
This release follows five previous Royal Anthems worship songs, each crafted to give voice to Canadian worship and demonstrate the unity of the Canadian Church. As part of Crossroads’ Ignite Hope: Power in Unity vision campaign, Royal Anthems embodies the campaign’s mission to inspire a unified Church through worship, prayer, and innovation. These collaborations showcase a participatory example of national Church unity, offering a powerful message of hope and togetherness to Canada and the world. Learn more at crossroads.ca/ignitehope.
