- Karen Bjerland, CEO FaithLife Financial from Waterloo: Your friends at FaithLife Financial are extending our deepest sympathies to you at this difficult time of loss. As Christians we do not grieve as those who have no hope, because our hope is secure in the beautiful redemptive work of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. David believed wholeheartedly in the promises of God and Psalm 116:15 says, “Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his faithful servants.” As you remember all of the ways that he was a faithful servant, may you sense God’s peace that passes all understanding.
- Theresa Pilniuk from Uxbridge: 100 Huntley Street has been in my life since the early 70s. My mother was a phone volunteer and my son and I would watch David Mainse preaching in front of all the prayer warriors on the phones. My son would yell Grandma when she'd appear on the TV screen behind David. David always made me laugh with his funny jokes and cry with his empathetic Word-inspired prayers for healing and salvation. There was nothing else like him on TV or in the pulpits. He was a joy to watch, so full of zeal for God and He will be greatly missed. I hope you show full episodes of him preaching from the 70s. On my mom's death bed my dad ran to the phone and we all asked for prayers from 100 Huntley Street. Thank you for being there for us.
- Walter Kast from CH-8620 Wetzikon Switzerland: Dear Norma-Jeans, Today I've discovered that your wonderful husband David Mainse passed away on Sept. 25th this year. I had the privilege to attend 1982 the first training course on 100 Huntley street together with 5 other students. I pray that God almighty will comfort you and give you everything what you need! God loves you and so do we, Walter & Theresa Kast - Switzerland
- Phyllis Potalivo from Dundas, Ontario: I remember watching the program when she was 12-14 and met David during the Canada Tour in Hamilton. To the Mainse Family, I send my sincerest condolences .
- Mark and Edna Mackenzie from Lethbridge, AB: We are saddened to hear of the passing of David Mainse. Our sincere condolences to Norma Jean and the family. He truly was a Man of God, a warrior in the army of Jesus and a pioneer in TV religious broadcasting in Canada. What a difference and a blessing the 100 Huntley Street TV program and its various programs have been to us and the world. We met David on one of his Cross Canada tours and had lunch with him in Pincher Creek. I myself have watched I00 Huntley Street since 1986, and Vancouver Expo. Amazing times. Praise to God for David's work ethic and commitment. Edna Mackenzie

- Edward and Katherine Nerling from Toronto Ontario: David was a blessing, a encourager, a role model of what our Christian life should be. We so enjoyed having them at Bonny Shores in Florida, and we will miss him very much. But, he is seeing the fruit of his labour now, and celebrating thanksgiving with his many friends in heaven, and one of them is my dear husband Rudy Jankovic, who went to Glory June 10, 2014. Our prayers are with you Norma- Jean, and your dear family
