Arlene is committed to dedicating her gifts and warm heart to helping Crossroads donors steward their resources to benefit God’s Kingdom. She loves to listen and pray with our partners and acknowledges the challenge of how to give wisely – to leave an inheritance to loved ones while remaining a good steward and being accountable for what we’ve been given. Prior to her full-time ministry work at Crossroads and before this, Youth For Christ, Arlene enjoyed a career in business management. When she’s not talking with Crossroads partners, the mother of 3 adult children enjoys church, cycling, hiking and tackling home projects.

A passionate advocate for and servant to Canada’s First Peoples, Bev travels across the country with a message of hope and healing, raising awareness of physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Bev also assists First Peoples Voices media ministry. Author of three books, one a best seller, Bev Hadland has visited fifty-four Indigenous communities in the past two years and has spoken to over three million people in thirteen countries. She has been a non-denominational ordained minister since 2014.

Brian loves meeting with people, hearing their stories and learning about their passions and interests with the ultimate goal of partnering together in support of life-changing kingdom initiatives. Following a successful career with a Christian relief and development ministry, with the broadcasting bug still flowing through his veins, Brian’s journey as a servant of God led him back to the world of media and broadcasting where he once worked as a reporter for many years including at the national network – Global Television. He’s excited to be part of the Crossroads media missionary team serving as an ambassador to our faithful partners. Brian is an avid videographer and photographer, Brian and his wife, Kasia, enjoy life with their two sons, Krystian and Ethan in Burlington, ON.

Carol Head joined the Crossroads Partner Relations team in 2017. She comes to us with a background in sales and marketing in the media industry. Her love for people and ease in being able to cultivate and build relationships, to listen and to serve, sets her apart and makes her ideally suited to Crossroads.

Carol has had a heart for ministry for awhile. Previously working in a sales position with a retirement residence where God allowed her to use her gifts to minister to seniors and their families as they were going through difficult seasons in their life, she began praying for the Lord’s guidance to use her in a more full time people-centred ministry role. The call from Crossroads inviting her to our team was a clear answer from above. This was God’s perfect plan – an opportunity to use her gifts and abilities as a media missionary in service to His Kingdom.

When she is not ministering with the Crossroads family Carol spends her time at her Stoney Creek, Ontario home church or with her incredible 13-year-old son who is truly a gift from God. She dreams of one day owning a farm and her favourite show (besides 100 Huntley) is Downton Abbey. Carol feels truly blessed to here with Crossroads/100 Huntley Street– to be able to touch the lives of our partners and be part of the world of life changing media.

Rev. Charles J. Sathmary has devoted his life to the service of the body of Christ, and the unsaved regardless of geographical location, through encouragement, and accurate practical application of God’s Word.

It wasn’t long after the first stroke, that Charles recognized that the Lord was calling him to devote his life to the ministry. After sixteen years as a successful, and award-winning business owner in the visual arts, Charles left it all behind to follow the call of God on his life. Upon graduating from Bible College, Charles has devoted himself to the challenge of communicating practical biblical truths and its application in the context of God’s grace.

Charles dedication to the body of Christ and the local church has made him a sought after relations director by other ministries, and a consultant and mentor to pastors all over the world.

Growing up in the deep south, Cindy learned the home-style traits of southern hospitality. Nurturing and compassion were instilled as a young child raised in the Bible Belt.

Cindy holds degrees in Human Development and in Sales and Marketing. Cindy has sold residential and commercial real-estate for 25 years earning her way as a life-time multi-million-dollar producer. Cindy has deep roots in Crossroads and carries a passion for the media ministry. She loves to connect with our partners to share stories of lives changed and all the latest news. Cindy and her husband, Rob, live in Calgary.

Paulette comes to Crossroads Christian Communications Inc as a professional with a demonstrated history of working in the philanthropy, marketing and communication industry. With years of experience and expertise from the corporate sector – Bell Canada and the charitable sector, she leads with a servant’s heart, and with a desire to share the gospel through the ministry of media. Education and training from Ministry of Theology & Leadership focused in Pastoral Counseling and Specialized Ministries from Portland Bible University.

Sarah comes to Crossroads with a solid background in business and real estate sales. Her commitment to her community has seen her lead many fundraising initiatives. She currently sits on the Board of a foundation which is building a hospice. As a passionate Christian, Sarah is thrilled to be a part of Crossroads. She will be able to use her combined experiences to introduce the media mission work of Crossroads with new major funding partners to help them realize their philanthropic vision and expand the reach of this ministry to people who need to know more about Jesus.

An avid hiker and animal lover, Sarah lives in rural Milton Ontario with her husband, Mark. They have five (mostly grown) children, 2 dogs and 2 cats. She is patiently awaiting grandchildren!
