Grilled Asparagus Roll
Asparagus
Red Pepper
Black Forest Ham slices
Olive Oil
Salt
Instructions:
-
Break off the bottom “woody”
part of the Asparagus
-
Slice the Red Pepper julienne
style (thin slices)
-
Take 2-3 (depending on how thick
the Asparagus is) pieces of Asparagus, 2-3 pieces of the sliced Red Pepper
and roll into a slice of Black Forest Ham - put a toothpick through the
roll to hold it all together

Drizzle each Asparagus Roll
with Olive Oil and season with Salt to taste

Place Asparagus Roll directly
onto medium high grill (1– 3 minutes per side, it depends on your grill)

They’re done when there‘s grill
marks on the Ham and the Asparagus stats to caramelize
-
Be careful not to over cook
- you want the Asparagus hot but not soft, it should be a little bit crunchy
